The featured varietals/wines Dry Sherry, Chablis, Red Blend and a seasonal Pumpkin Spiced Wine will offer a complete four course meal for you and your guests. The recipes include a cheesy-apple soup, lemon chicken entree, chocolate cake and an after-dinner drink which may be served in coffee with whipped cream, in a cocktail or over the rocks.
