School your friends and family this fall with our “Back to “Wine” School” themed kit. Your guests will learn about interesting varietals including Amarone, Bordeaux, Cortese (Gavi) and the sparkling Cava wine. We suggest using a blackboard to teach while summoning your inner Sommelier and hosting this tasting. Our “Did you Know” document will help school your “students” on the DOCG classification and the varietals. Suggested food pairing for each varietal and a fun wine test is included.
