My Wine Witch llc. *tangible* products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If our products don’t engage, entertain, educate and enthrall the way you think they would or should, contact us within 10 days of your purchase for an even exchange or refund. So that we may continually improve upon our services, products and selection, My Wine Witch llc. reserves the right to inquire as to the reason for said exchange/return. Items must be in new condition prior to consumer receiving credit for exchange/return unless items were damaged in the shipping/handling process.

*Tangible products include: all Artistic Alchemy decor, art and craft items, Creative Coven craft kits, “Rent the Witch” services and Witch-Printed Themed Wine Kits. Witch-Printed Themed Wine Kits must be complete, while and unused in order for a refund to be administered. Downloadable (Consumer-Printed) Themed Wine Kits are not included in this category and are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our Downloadable Themed Wine Kits, we strongly encourage every consumer to carefully review the kit varietals, theme and content prior to downloading.

Let it be known that My Wine Witch Themed Kits DO NOT include wine as we are not a licensed distributor through the state of Michigan. The act of purchasing wine for My Wine Witch Themed Kits lies solely to the legal, alcoholic beverage aged consumer as the responsible purchasing agent. My Wine Witch llc. is not responsible nor will be held responsible for any underage drinking or any other types of illegal activity that may occur at any events where any Wine Witch Kits or products may have been used. My Wine Witch llc. reserves the right to suggest particular wine brands, varietals and retailers.
